The Ejar platform is the government platform that authenticates the lease between you and the landlord, but it does not split the payment. To pay in installments you need a party to pay the rent to the landlord on your behalf — that is what Dlight does: we pay the rent to the landlord on an Ejar-authenticated lease, and you repay in fixed monthly installments.
Many landlords ask for the full annual rent in one payment, which makes paying by card hard. With Dlight you pay your monthly installments through easy electronic payment methods, instead of having to find the whole year's amount at once.
There is no interest. Dlight charges a one-time service fee of 5%–15% (typically 10%) of the rent value, shown to you before approval.
